- There is two size for 1030 x 800 mm(named “PT-130”) and 830 x 645 mm size(named “PT-90” plate processor is a new thermal CTP plate processing device, based on advanced design idea and technology, and integrating our manufacturing experience of pre-press processing device for many years. It applies for practical customer’s usage domestically in China and overseas.
 
- The machine features reasonable structures, fine technique and materials, high automation, wide processing settings and application range. It is an ideal choice for current plate processing device in printing industry.
 
 

 
Technical Features
 
- Processing Mode: immersed developer processing, auto-finish for developer, wash, gumming and dryer.
- User Interface: big LCD display, six button control, easy access for viewing machine’s function and running status.
 
Advanced Control : separated electrical and software control system. Programmable micro-processing control system realizes easeful settings for different types of plate and processing chemicals. 3 types of processing settings are convenient for customer shifting for processing. Developer temperature control system consists of heater, chiller, temperature sensor and circulation pump. The control can be precisely between ±0.3℃. Speed control system without pace, assuring precise speed control and smooth speed of plate movement.
 
Chemicals Management: Auto-replenish developer according to actual plate size and chemicals usage time, keeping developer active for long time. Filter configuration for removing dirt in chemicals. The filter is easy to remove and clean.
 
 
 

 
 
 
 
 

 

High Processing Quality: high volume developer tank and speed-adjust without pace of immersed design, large-diameter and chemical-resist rubber roller. Different material or hardness of brush roller can be optionally configured, to assuring clear net-point. Additionally, re-wash function also meets higher requirement on clean plate surface.

Energy Saving Design: auto-sleep function to save energy, keeping roller movement periodically. Meanwhile there is high-efficiency dryer blower system of dual-direction and dual-loop. Auto-recycling of gum function.
 
Optional Upgrading Function: optionally configured fill pump for filling developer, improving processing efficiency and keeping daily cleaning, maintenance work simple and convenient. Replacing relevant communication connector, the machine can be in line with CTP. And plate collecting device may also be optionally purchased, to built up a whole set of auto process for plate’s making, processing, and collection.
 
Product Safety: the machine has emergency stop buttons, auto-protection against chemical tank heated without liquid, over-heat protection at dryer section, chemical level detecting devices. Every important parts of safety are marked with safety labels on machine. The machine is reliable and safe for usage.
 
Easy Maintenance: removable rollers, brush rollers, guide, easy for maintenance and cleaning. Also simple access to chemical filter system, dryer hot-air system, electrical control system and mechanical transport system for maintenance.
